Hi, I’m Fatima.
Health & Wellness Coach, Breathwork Specialist, and Mindfulness Expert, with over 10 years experience.
For much of my life, I lived to please others — from how I dressed to the career path I chose. No matter how much I achieved, it never felt enough. I could always work harder, look better, do more. But beneath the surface of success, I was constantly anxious, disconnected from my body, and trapped in a cycle of self-criticism and control — including 15 years living with an eating disorder that began in my early teens.
In 2019, after years of pushing through high-pressure corporate roles and ignoring the growing disconnection between my mind and body, I finally paused. I stepped away from everything — the roles, the responsibilities, the performance — and began the slow, intentional process of returning to myself.
Today, I help people who, like I once did, are carrying too much while giving themselves too little. Women who are ready to shift from mental overdrive to grounded presence, from anxiety to inner calm, from performance to authentic connection with themselves. Through conscious breathwork, science-backed coaching held with heart, and nervous system regulation techniques, I guide you in creating the kind of deep, sustainable balance that doesn’t just feel good — it feels like home.
I am originally from Seville and currently based in Chester, UK. I offer my services in both English and Spanish, either online or in the comfort of your home. In-person sessions are available only in the Chester area.

This FREE, 15 minute, First Step Call is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we get to know each other, explore your goals, and see how I can support you.
